conception-web.ca is operated by Gamache Média ("we"). By using it, you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.

The site presents our website creation, redesign, maintenance, hosting and repair services, along with our work. It lets you write to us, request a review of your website and chat with our virtual assistant.

• Content is provided for information and may change without notice.
• Prices and packages shown are indicative, in Canadian dollars and before taxes, unless stated otherwise.
• We are only bound once a written quote or agreement is signed; its terms then prevail over these.
• The free website review is general advice, not a guarantee of results.

Our forms prepare an email in your own mail app: nothing is sent until you send it yourself. You agree to provide accurate information and not to submit unlawful, offensive or malicious content.

The virtual assistant answers automatically based on our content. Its answers may be incomplete or inaccurate and do not replace a conversation with our team. Do not share sensitive information (passwords, banking or health information).

• Attempting unauthorized access to the site, its servers or its data.
• Disrupting its operation (overload, malicious code, abusive bots).
• Copying or reusing its content for commercial purposes without written permission.
• Using the site or assistant to send spam or impersonate someone.

The site contains links to and embedded content from third parties (YouTube, social networks, etc.). We have no control over these services and are not responsible for their content or practices. Their use is governed by their own terms.

We make reasonable efforts to keep the site accurate and available, but cannot guarantee it is free of errors or interruptions. To the extent permitted by law, Gamache Média is not liable for indirect damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the site. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under Quebec's Consumer Protection Act.

How we use your information and cookies is described in our privacy and cookie policy.

We may update these terms; the date at the top of the page shows the current version. They are governed by the laws of Quebec and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Disputes fall under the courts of the judicial district of Longueuil, subject to the rules applicable to consumers. The French version prevails in case of discrepancy.
