1. Who is responsible
Gamache Média operates conception-web.ca. Our person in charge of the protection of personal information is Olivier Gamache, co-founder: olivier@gamachemedia.com, 570, avenue Victoria, Saint-Lambert, Quebec.
2. Information collected
- What you write to us: name, email, phone, company, website address and project description, when you contact us or request a review. Our forms open your mail app: we only receive this data if you send the email.
- Virtual assistant: the content of your conversations, to answer you and improve answers.
- Calls: if you call a number shown on the site, CallRail records call metadata (number, duration, originating page and campaign).
- Browsing: pages viewed, referrer, device, truncated IP address and campaign parameters (utm, gclid), through cookies and browser session storage.
3. How we use it
- Answer your requests and prepare a quote or review.
- Provide and bill our services when you become a client.
- Measure site traffic and the performance of our ad campaigns.
- Keep the site secure and working properly.
We never sell your information and make no decision based exclusively on automated processing.
4. Cookies
A cookie is a small file stored in your browser. On your first visit, a banner lets you accept, reject or choose cookie categories. Non-essential cookies stay off until you consent.
- Necessary: remember your consent choices (CookieYes) and keep the site working. Always on.
- Functional: virtual assistant, embedded YouTube videos, keeping campaign parameters during your visit.
- Analytics: Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager, to understand how the site is used.
- Advertising: Google Ads and CallRail call tracking, to measure requests coming from our ads.
The detailed list of cookies and their duration is shown in the preferences panel. . You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings.
5. Service providers
Our providers only access the data needed for their service: Lovable and Cloudflare (site hosting), CookieYes (consent management), Google (Analytics, Tag Manager, Ads, YouTube, Workspace), CallRail (call tracking), Vercel and Railway (virtual assistant) and HubSpot (customer relationship management).
6. Transfers outside Quebec
Several of these providers store data outside Quebec, including in the United States. Before entrusting them with information, we assess the protection they offer, as required by Law 25.
7. Retention and security
- Requests with no follow-up: 3 years after our last exchange.
- Clients: 7 years after the end of the engagement, for tax obligations.
- Browsing data: according to each cookie's lifetime, 2 years at most.
Access is limited to team members who need it, with two-factor authentication and encryption. Expired data is destroyed or anonymized.
8. Your rights
You may request access to, correction, deletion or portability of your information, and withdraw consent at any time. Write to olivier@gamachemedia.com; we reply within 30 days.

9. Incidents and changes
If a confidentiality incident presents a risk of serious injury, we notify the Commission d'accès à l'information and the people concerned. This policy may be updated; the date at the top shows the current version. See also our terms of use and legal notice.
